- At present we can only ship
within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii,
US Territories and Canada. We ship all packages via
USPS Priority Mail. On large orders we reserve the
right to ship via UPS ground to keep costs down. Each package is assigned a tracking number that will be
e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. Larger
orders over will also receive shipping insurance.
Due to rising shipping costs we have had to modify our
flat rate shipping charges to offset expenses. We now
have 6 regional zones with flat rates. As before these
are flat rates reguardless of the size of your order.

APO and FBO : $6.75 : NOTE: APO orders will not recieve a tracking number.
Back Orders:
- We strive to maintain an on site inventory of all the products we offer. If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. Back ordered items will not be charged until they are shipped. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back orders are shipped as soon as possible. This usually takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Remittance Terms:
Should our customer wish to return an order you must follow these steps.
- Customer must contact CCNow with the invoice number from the shipping invoice for a return authorization number.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping shipping charges.
- The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
